SUBSCRIPTIONS 2019/20

At the latest AGM it was decided that we should offer alternative options to Paying Subscriptions to the club.
The fees for 2019/20 season are as follows:
Adult/Junior/Concession Membership £50
(Please note the rates for all are kept at this rate to cover SHU and East League Fees)
Match Fees:
Adult £5
Concessions £3
Concessions are for Students/OAP’s/Unemployed
Payment by Standing Order of Subs and Match Fees
It is now the clubs preference that members pay by Standing Order. This saves the hassle of collecting lots of match fees over the course of the season this also if you play the majority of games will provide members with a slight discount.
The overall cost of this option is £120 – which can either be paid up front or by Standing Order.
If you were to opt to pay by Standing Order this would cost £10 per month and be inclusive of Match Fees. Standing Order must be set up in September and must run to August 2020 as a minimum.
For example if you cancel your Standing Order in April following the end of the hockey season and started in September then you would be due the club £50 for the months April to August.
This is a more efficient way of collecting subs and match fees and helps with the management of the club by taking pressure of the captain and other committee members.
If your company offer payroll giving then you can pay your subscriptions through your Pay – as City are a registered Charity. This would only cost you £8 as you would get tax relief to the tune of £2. Please speak to your employer if this is an option.
Choosing not to sign up to Standing Order
If you aren’t willing or able to set this up – please ensure you pay your subscription of £50 in full before the end of September. And are able to pay your £5 per month

If paying by Standing Order please set up for the 15th of the month – starting in September. If you are not – please ensure you pay £50 subscription into the bank by the 30 September 2019. If you want to take up the subs and match fees in one payment please pay into the bank £120 by the 30 September 2019.
(Travel discounts will be applied to people taking 2 passenger’s in their car to away games. This will be recorded separately to the Subscriptions. £5 credit for away games)
